Meet the Team: Bryan Goulding, Project Coordinator
Posted by in Meet the Team
Project Coordinator, Bryan Goulding, entry into the construction trade began early. His father was a contractor and he grew up in the contracting business. “I love to teach the junior people newer, better ways or maybe old tested and true ways, be asked questions,” he offers of his twenty-five years of experience.
In the last year, Bryan’s most memorable project is a farmhouse renovation KLC completed in 2021. “As you’re driving by, you can say to whoever’s with you, ‘we built the house down there’” he says. He also adds that “it’s memories and getting to know each client’s differences” that he values most about each project he works on. See our project gallery here.
Dealing with stresses like material delays and ensuring general job site organization are balanced out by being able to work outside. It also helps to work with great crews that get along with each other on each site. “I love seeing their progress at the end of the day,” he adds.
Aside from teaching and teamwork, Bryan enjoys that “we’re continually upping our construction processes [at KLC] and I’m looking forward to our first net-zero house build.”
When he isn’t at work, Bryan is curling, biking or cycling. And true to his background as a carpenter, he also likes woodworking and has a shop at home.
Bryan Goulding is a Project Coordinator with KLC. If you’d like to talk about your own project, please contact us. We’d love to chat.
