About Kendra
For 10 of my 11 years here at KLC I have been Finance Manager and a member of the Leadership Team. I sincerely care about every person here and I am so proud to be part of this remarkable company. Though I run the Finance department I am also able to contribute in many other areas and am happy that I can make a difference here at KLC. I may not have a part in building the projects, I do have a part in building this company and that gives me great satisfaction.
How I Work
My thoughts are always on how we operate as a team and how we care for and serve our clients. Without a cohesive team and happy clients we can’t possibly achieve our personal and financial goals.
Considering how our actions and the way we do things effects others, whether it’s our colleagues or our clients. The ultimate goal is to ensure a great experience for all.
Seeing the big picture finding ways to improve processes and strengthen our team.
Outside the Build
Outside of work Kendra and her family can be found travelling, enjoying the outdoors and eating good food! Camping and spending time at the lake while also trying to keep up with the gardening make for busy, fun summers. Off season, any excuse to jump on a flight and explore somewhere new is always enticing.
